Opportunity Exchange was founded in 2024 by a group of Bangladeshi IT professionals who recognized the unique challenges and opportunities of building tech careers in Canada. Having navigated immigration processes, cultural adaptations, and career transitions, they saw the need for a dedicated community to support fellow Bangladeshis in the Canadian tech industry.
